Free shipping

We offer free shipping to anywhere in Hong Kong on all products and orders you place with us anytime! Delivery time will vary according to location, but your order will usually arrive within 1 to 2 business weeks. 

Alternative payment methods

If you do not use credit card, you may place an order with us through bank transfer. Send the total amount shown on the checkout screen to “HONOR INC LIMITED”, HSBC account no. 817-877459-838. You must then send a screen capture of the deposit/transfer to Whatsapp at 9017 9855 to confirm your purchase with us. Our refund and free delivery policies apply as normal when you place an order through bank transfer.

Refund policy details

At Vesen Lab, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If your package is damaged or lost, Whatsapp us at 9017 9855 within two weeks of package delivery. Please include your order number, name and address. We will make sure to do our best to solve any issues so you can enjoy your experience with us.
